The name Makàra

The name Makàra came from Ngatye's paying homage to his cultural heritage recipes. Makàra is a very popular banana fritter savoured around Equatorial Guinea. He wanted his consultancy to embody the simplicity, respect for cultural values and the lightness of a conversation over this breakfast dish that keeps people's hunger at bay.

If you would like to make it at home check the recipe.
